Canon explorer →The problem is not a shortage of information. It is a shortage of relation.
Most knowledge is stored as pages. Pages end. What people actually need is a field they can keep adding to, where every new thing they learn changes the shape of what they already knew.
Nothing generates alone. Generation happens through relationship.
Everything begins with a meeting. One thing never becomes by itself: it becomes because something else arrives. This is the foundation on which the whole architecture rests.

Every meeting carries both transformation and continuity.
Forces are what animate the relational structure. Transformation is what changes; continuity is what holds. Neither acts alone, and no meeting contains only one of them.

Core · Modifier · Result. One geometry, seven canonical readings.
The triad is the smallest complete relational structure. The Core is what arrives, the Modifier is what is changing, the Result is what becomes. The geometry never changes — only the reading changes.
Rotate the reading position. The geometry is unchanged — only which term is read as Core, Modifier and Result moves.

Nothing becomes nowhere. Every relation has a place.
The same relation reads differently depending on where it is placed. The four spaces are not categories but contexts, each one opening into the next.

Every inquiry unfolds through the same five movements.
Movements are the phase of an inquiry rather than its place. Together with the spaces they form the compass: where something is, and how far it has travelled.
Find the relation. Notice what is meeting what, and name it plainly.

Every relation carries a felt valence, whether or not it is named.
Feelcons name the emotional charge a relation carries. They are not a separate product and never get their own visualisation — they settle over the same nodes already in the field.

A relation asks for capacity, and it also builds capacity.
Capcons are named capacities. In the field they are encoded rather than plotted: size carries strength, hairline weight carries maturity, and presence carries readiness. No gauges, no dashboards.

A praxograph is a relation that was actually read, and kept.
Praxographs are recorded readings. They become structural nodes: they connect to triads, to feelcons, to spaces and to movements, and they hold the field to lived material rather than abstraction.

A coordinate is a reading, not a filing location.
The Operating System is complete once spaces and movements can be crossed. Any object can be read through any of the twenty coordinates. Nothing is permanently assigned — a coordinate is contextual.

A theme is what a set of connected objects turns out to have in common.
Themes are not categories applied from above. They appear where the graph is already dense, and they are drawn as soft boundaries around what has gathered.
Hover a mark to read it. Click to open the object.
A canonical definition is the shortest possible reading of a relation.
The glossary is not a separate document. Every node in the field carries its canonical statement, its definition and its relations, and hovering reveals them in place.
Hover a mark to read it. Click to open the object.
A method is a route through the field that can be repeated.
Methods connect spaces, movements, triads, feelcons, capcons and praxographs. They are the practised paths — what someone actually does with the architecture once they can see it.
Hover a mark to read it. Click to open the object.
Existing frameworks are readings too, made by other people.
ESG, the SDGs, WEF capitals, scientific disciplines and design methods all attach to objects already in the field. They add reach without taking authority away from the structure.
Hover a mark to read it. Click to open the object.
The Compass is the instrument that reads a capture into the field.
Up to here the reader has been assembling an understanding. The Compass is where the structure is used: a capture arrives, and the field places it.
Hover a mark to read it. Click to open the object.
People, projects and communities are relational objects like any other.
The Spaces network is where the architecture is inhabited. Communities, projects and people connect into exactly the same field, with no separate social layer.
Hover a mark to read it. Click to open the object.
A resource is only useful once it is located in a relation.
The Depot holds tools, resources, materials and experiences. Each one enters the field as an object, connected to the methods and movements that make use of it.
Hover a mark to read it. Click to open the object.
Making is the point at which a reading becomes a thing in the world.
MakeON connects products, senses and systems directly into the same relational architecture. The field is now complete: every object introduced across the Estate exists together.
